How do I watch a film using minutes?
First pick a movie, then choose which streaming quality you want, the faster your Internet connection the better quality you can view without buffering (check your connection speed or use the sample links in our "About VOD" Help section). Choose a scene you like from the Scene navigation panel. You can then click "Watch Entire Scene" to play the whole scene from its start to the end of the whole film or click on the "Play" button on each picture to start viewing the scene from that point. You can also use the slider bar on your Windows Media Player to go forward or backwards in the movie. Watch for as long as you have Minutes in your account.
How many Minutes do I have left?
You must be logged in to view your Minutes balance. It will then be shown (to the second) on the top right of every page, on the film page and in the "Buy Minutes" page of "Your Account" and on the blue Pay-Per-Minute box which is on the left hand menu of each page and on the home page. To view your latest Minutes balance, you must close the Player and refresh the page, or click on another page.
How do I buy Minutes?
Choose how many minutes you want to buy and click on that option on the Pay-Per-Minute box on the left of each page, on the Home page, on each film page or via "Your Account". If you are a new customer you will need to Register by putting in your credit card details and click "Place Order". As soon as your payment clears you can start using your Minutes. If you have already purchased on the site then you only need to Login and put your credit card security code in (the last 3 numbers on the back of your card) and click "Place Order ". If you are a new customer, try Minutes by having 10 free Minutes on us. You will need to Register by putting in your credit card details, this is to help with age verification and we will NOT charge your card.
Can I buy more Minutes when I still have some viewing Minutes left?
Yes. You can stock up with Minutes at any time. Your account will show the new Minutes added to your old ones. It's always a good idea to purchase more Minutes when you run low to ensure uninterrupted viewing. You minutes don't expire for a whole year.
How do I view a whole film?
Pick a film that you want to stream the whole of. Choose which streaming quality you want, the faster your Internet connection the better quality you can view without buffering (check your connection speed or use the sample links in our "About VOD" Help section). You cannot change the streaming quality after you have bought the film, so if your connection varies or if you are not sure of your speed, try the Good Quality 300kb/s option. Then click "Watch Movie". If you are a new customer you will need to Register by putting in your credit card details and click "Place Order". As soon as your payment clears you can start watching your film. If you have already purchased on the site then you only need to Login, put in your credit card security code (the last 3 numbers on the back of your card) and click "Place Order ".
You can watch your film as many times as you like for 7 days and you have 30 days to start that 7-day unlimited viewing period. Once you have purchased a whole film to stream, you can start your viewing your film straight away by clicking the "Watch Movie" button on your order confirmation page. If you want to start your viewing later, or to view at any time during your 7-day viewing period simply Login and go to "Your Account". Under the "Stream Whole Films" tab, you will find all your current films. Just click "Watch Movie" to view your film.
Remember you have to view your whole films on the computer that you purchased the film with. You cannot view them on other computers.
When does my viewing period of 7 days start on a streaming a whole movie?
The viewing period starts from the first time you view the film. You have 30 days from purchase to start this viewing time.
