All our content is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) that protects films by encrypting or locking them up. When you purchase a whole film for viewing or download, a "software key" unlocks the movie for you so you can play it for your designated time-the DRM License duration. After that the key expires and the movie can't be viewed. DRM has lots of protection measures such as ensuring films can't be burnt to DVD and copied, it stops streaming Minutes if copying is detected, will freeze an account if a computer clock is reset in an attempt to set the viewing time. Most of the time DRM is working in the background, and you will never know its there.
