How do I download a film?
Pick the film that you want to download and from the film page, click whether you want 7 days or 30 days unlimited viewing in the panel to the right of the film then click "Download Now". If you are a new customer you will need to Register and putting in your credit card details. If you have already purchased on the site then you only need to Login and put your credit card security code in (the last three digits on the back of your credit card) and click "Place Order".
You will then be taken to an order confirmation page where you can start downloading your film immediately. If you want to download the film later, then just Login, and go to "Download Films" in "Your Account" and click the "Download" button. On the File Download box, click the "Save" option and save the film to your computer. The little transfer box will let you know your download progress.
Once your film has downloaded, simply double-click on the WMV file. You will have a pop up that asks you to Login to Blissboxtv so that we can deliver your Licence to view (to allow the file to play) and start your viewing period-you will need an Internet connection for this. You may have some Licence or Windows Media Player upgrade component pop-ups, just click Yes, Upgrade or Play and your movie will start playing. You can then play your movie as many times as you like during your viewing period and an internet connection isn't needed. You have 30 days from purchase to start your viewing period. After your viewing period expires, you will not be able to play the file.
You must download a Microsoft Security upgrade to play Downloaded films and we strongly advise that you use the latest Windows Media Player.
When does my viewing time start on a download movie?
You have 30 days from purchase date to download your film. Once your film is downloaded, your unlimited 7 or 30 day viewing period starts from the first time you double-click the WMV film file on your computer, obtain your viewing Licence and start playing your film.
How long does it take to download a film?
Film size varies from 0.75 – 1.5. Gigabytes depending how long the film is but the download speed depends on your Internet connection.

Can I download more than one film?
Yes there is no limit to how many films you can download but remember that film file sizes are large, up to 1.5 gigabytes, so make sure you have plenty of room on your hard drive.
How long should I keep the downloaded movie on my computer?
You can watch the movie as many times as you like during your viewing period. The Digital Rights Management License that protects the film will expire after this time and you wont be able to watch the film. If you want to rent the film again then keep the film, otherwise you should delete the now unusable film file.
Can I stream and download movies at the same time?
It is not recommended as movie files are large and the downloading is likely to reduce the bandwidth available for streaming. However when you have finished downloading a film, you can also view Minutes and stream whole films.
Can I use wireless broadband to download a film?
If you are attempting to download/purchase over a wireless connection it is more likely that there will be an interruption that will either corrupt the film file or stop Digital Rights Management License delivery. For transactions and downloads we recommend that you use a hard connection. Watching an already downloaded file that you have obtained your Licence for (this happens automatically on first play) is not a problem as no Internet connection is required.
